Can’t find an image on your desktop or need to retrieve product details? Here’s how you can find the images you have previously downloaded.

Select ‘My Content’ at the top of your dashboard. Here you can view your previously downloaded images, favourite images & content that has been shared with you by invite and/or link.

To find the image in our directory you will need to search for the name of the product via ‘Discovery’.

**Please note: if an image has been removed from the brand, the image will no longer be available for you to download via our directory or a mood board you previously added the image to. In this case, you will need to contact the brand manager and ask if the product is still available online and for you to publish. Click here for a how-to on contacting a brand or agency.
