How do I know who has downloaded from my brand?

Looking for stats about media downloads and mood boarding of your brands content?

Create a report including downloaded images, media user’s contact details (publication/job title/email address) and estimated press date. 

FINDING REPORTS
Select ‘BRANDS’ at the top of your dashboard. From the drop-down menu, select the brand. Once you're in the brand profile, click ‘Reports’ from the sub-navigation tab.

DOWNLOADS REPORT
Once you click on 'Reports' tab, you will land on the 'Downloads' report. This is a summary of all the downloads that have occurred for the chosen brand. 

You can perform the following actions in the report; 

  • Download the report to a .csv by clicking the 'download as .csv' button. 

  • Search the downloads by typing in the search bar. 

  • Filter your results by clicking the pink 'Filters' button on the top left. 

  • Order your results by choosing from the dropdown on the top right (‘Newest’, ‘Oldest’ & ‘Downloader A-Z’) 

  • Send a direct message to a top or key downloader by selecting 'View profile', then click 'Message'.

IMAGE REPORT
The image report gives you a full summary of all the images uploaded for the chosen brand. It includes a summary of views, mood boards and downloads for each image. 

You can perform the following actions in the report; 

  • Download the report to a .csv by clicking the 'download as .csv' button. 

  • Search the activity by typing in the search bar. 

  • Order your results by choosing from the dropdown on the top right (‘Newest’, ‘Oldest’ & ‘Most Activity', 'Least Activity’)
