There are a few ways you can get in touch with a brand manager directly.
Via Brand Directory:
Select ‘Brand Directory’ at the top of the dashboard.
Free text search or sort by alphabetical order to find the brand you wish to contact.
Once you find the brand you wish to contact, select ‘View brand’.
Hit the envelope on the top right-hand side to send a direct message to the brand manager.
Via Discovery:
Select the centre of any image to take you to the photo detail page.
Select ‘Message’ to the right-hand side of an image to send a direct message to the brand manager.
**If the request is urgent we recommend providing your personal contact details so they can jump on it faster.
Where do I find responses from brands?
You will find any responses from brands in your messaging centre. To access your messages, select the envelope icon on the top right hand side to take you there!
Any unread messages will be highlighted in a dark pink colour. To clear messages from your inbox, open the message and select ‘Archive' on the top right hand side.
