We understand that sometimes samples drift back to the office in dribs and drabs. To partially return a parcel’s contents:

Click the 'sample tracking' link in the left-hand nav
Click on the Manage Parcels button in the dashboard sections nav
Once in manage parcels' find the correct parcel and click 'VIEW PARCEL'
Click on 'Mark samples as Returned' and select the items to be returned.
Click 'Return Selected’ to confirm
